Yesterday, I finished and turned in my outline/article for the Advanced Estate Planning Course. I’ve been honored to be selected to be one of the speakers. The title of my talk is, “Extent and Limits of Spendthrift Protection – Creditors and Divorce.” For those of you who are attorneys and who will be attending the course, I would greatly appreciate your feedback after the presentation. My talk is scheduled for Friday afternoon, June 12 at 12:45 PM. I am not sure that I am free to share the outline now, but I will ask. I may have to wait until after the course or its replays before I can.
